  By far the worst place I've ever lived! I had raw sewage leaking on my counters for 8 months, mold in my walls which they painted over several times and claimed wasn't mold, and bats in my attic which they said were an endangered species so they couldn't touch them (I called the health department and as told that was a lie, they are just lazy). I called and called and it was like pulling teeth to even get anyone to come check the issues. Finally when they came, they made a disaster of my place by getting sewage all over my furniture and I was never compensated for any issues, and the management is an absolute joke. Whatever you do, don't live here!

  Home Rentals is a pretty good company to rent from!!! When I have maintenance issues they are always willing to help with no problem. The clerical employees are very friendly and make the environment very comfortable. The apartment I have is amazing and rent is pretty affordable. They were willing to work with me when I didn't have the funds in full, so for that I am forever grateful!!! I was skeptical about renting from them at first, because of the word around town, but it wasn't a bad decision at all!!! Home Rentals is better than the previous property managers I've rented from on College Street!!!
