- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Opposite what other reviewers have commented, I greatly enjoyed living with G&R for 2 years during my undergraduate education. The employees were kind and although seemingly annoyed at times, can you blame them? Running an apartment complex in a college town is sure to be a headache'! The prices were fair, and the apartments are just gorgeous. Quiet, clean, new - much much nicer than the place I lived at during graduate school afterwards.
